I did the stepping stones podcast last nigt for the first time (25 degrees and a lovely evening it was) and found it enjoyable! It was a bit slow to start but great when it picked up the pace. I liked having direction and not thinking, awesome. I have only done shorter runs since my half marathon about a month ago and felt i was a bit aimless. So i rolled out the 5k+ podcasts and can't wait to try the rest!

Nice to hear Laura after such a long break too! Now onto speed...

Sounds like a lovely evening run. and well done for the half marathon. I like the C25k+ podcasts, particularly the stamina one cos it builds up speed and lasts 35 minutes so it feels like I'm actually doing something!
