Toying with the idea of going along on the Windsor Sweatshop running club (up to 5K beginners) Anyone tried it? I am nervous as I haven't graduated yet (week 7 run 2) Have managed 2 x 25 min runs but very slowly, more of a shuffle than a run and now idea how far I went. I've only ever run on my own so far

Any thoughts?

I'd say give it a go! I didn't go to mine as it wasn't local enough. However, I did join my local running club once I could do 5k and run for 30 mins (not 5k in 30 mins lol). Best thing I ever did - love it!

Good luck and let us know what you decided
