Well done musicmad I did week 4 run 1 today. Supposed to do week 3 run 3, but when i recharged my ipod yesterday for some reason week 3 had disappeared and i was not driving 20 minutes home and back again, so decided to have a go! I managed it because I did what Laura did and kept the pace slow jogging, but faster than when I started. Small steps rapidly. Not attempted hills, but have done inclines. Hard, but as you say, not impossible, even missing out the last of week 3. Beautiful day running by the sea. Dogs were better behaved this morning, which makes a change. At least I'm synched now to 3 runs during the week-something I had not been able to get around to doing.
Great job! I still dread any type of incline! You are doing great, each week is a challenge but it is very doable!
