Absolutely gutted i couldnt complete this, i managed to get half way thru the last run and had to stop i was KNACKERED. I havent saved the run on the app because i intend to complete it on monday.i wont be beaten !!

You only need do the sessions very slowly. Slow is best as the only object is to finish the sessions. Going slowly buys time and saves puff
Good luck with it. Relax and have fun. It’s only like going for a walk with a little jog here and there. Don’t feel pressured 🙂
Don't feel bad: just have some rest and as misswobble says, do it again, relaxed, slow and gently. The idea is not to rush through the run parts but just to get off our feet off the ground at the same time (or so ;-). You can run at a walking pace. So slow down and enjoy yourself.
Relax and you will have it in the bag.
No worries at all. Think "practice run" and try again slower. You were still out there moving and building your fitness up. You were still in a much better place than the couch! 😄
Week 4 is a step up for sure, you can always drop back to a week 3 run if necessary, just keep on keeping on 🏃♀️🙌 you’ll get there
