After a dissapointing end to W2 I was bit worried today, but I set of just after 7am, it was a gorgeous morning, sun shining but still a little chill in the air. the first 90 seconds were fine and I knew the rest was going to be ok. Both sets of three minutes whizzed by and I felt as though I could have gone on for longer, I did stick to the podcast tho. The next two runs will be in the evening which I seem to struggle with but today I am chuffed with how it went. Fingers crossed for Tuesday!

Well done you, that is amazing. Keep at it and soon you will be doing week 9. Believe me I never thought I would get there but if you follow the program you will be amazed at how quickly the body adapts. You will find the first 5 min is the hardest but as soon as you get through that I will all come together. My advice woeldbe just to try and concentrate on you breathing, long deep breaths, remember to breath with your belly lol!

Keep going and let us know how you get on

Well done jlow. I finished week 2 today, and really apprehensive with week3 looming. You've put my mind at rest somewhat though. Thanks for your comments and good luck rest of week3 :-)
