W4 r1 did it, did it, did it!!

Wow was proper scared. Warm up run didn't instill me with confidence and more deadly silences. I need Laura constantly telling me to keep going it would seem! But you know when you know you are in with a chance of doing it. Start song for the final 5 minutes really made me move and by the end I had that grin others have talked about. (And a little welling up that only you will all recognise) to think I really didn't think a few weeks ago that I could move myself faster than a brisk walk! Nearly missed today-a few allergy problems but I blooming well did it. Again support is brill and best of luck to all w4ers. (And everyone else of course) πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

Fantastic well done I've just done the very same run today, so pleased with myself at the end. I felt worried when I set off so it's a good feeling when you complete it. Go us! ( and everyone else...) xx

Well done you it really helps to know someone somewhere is doing the same doesn't it? Yes I made the mistake of taking a peek at the end of last time. Not looking anymore!! X

Try not to be scared :) Look how wellmyou're doing now. Isn't it fantastic when it starts to come together? Your mantra is : I know that I can make it.

Thanks trying my best to be brave. But as you might see from post above not going to preview anymore. Although I know from reading other posts there's a bit of a hike at 5w. Still ' I know that I can make it' πŸ€—

I won't lie w5 is a biggie but the thing is everyone thinks they can't do it, then they get out there, slay the dragon and feel very, very good about it afterwards. That's really very, very good. You will be so proud of yourself. Just enjoy it :)

I felt like that on w4r1 this time last week! It's amazing how we just keep on surprising ourselves isn't it?! Good luck with the rest of the week - once you've done it once and know you can do it then there's no stopping you :)
