I have just done W3 R1 this morning and am also doing slimming world. Make sure you measure yourself today as the weight is slow to come off (muscle weighs more than fat and I've got plenty fat) but your shape changes. After two weeks i have lost 6lbs which doesn't sound brill however i can now get into clothes that would not fit six weeks ago. So the programme is doing me some good. I only measured my waist and hips which have both dropped an inch and a half since starting. Would recommend measuring thigh and calf as well. Good luck for tomorrow and remember listen to Laura take it slow better to complete it slow then to give up.
Hi I graduated this weekend, I haven't been following a diet, only lost 41/2lbs but all my measurements are down and people say I am looking good, my son had not seen me since June and said how well and toned I looked. Jlow is my daughter. Stick with and enjoy your new self .
