Morning!! Good luck - take it nice and slow! Run slower than you think you need to - and if you get out of breath slow down some more. There’s a brilliant pinned post in the forum that gives all you need to know about the C25K.

This has been my bible over the past weeks. Good luck!
Well done for starting... let the hard work begin. I must admit 9 week ago I was the same but here I am, 1 run left & feeling fab 😁
Good luck! I was in your shoes this time last week. You've got this!
Good on you for getting under way. You’ll have a great journey on the c25k. Slow and steady is the way to go. Smile and enjoy.
Welcome to the forum and well done on your decision.

Enjoy your journey.
Good luck with your journey, exciting times! There is loads of good advice on here.
You can do this!
Thank you all for your kind messages and wishes. 👍
Just back and boy that was hard going, but i did it. Wow im so pleased. I cannot see forwards yet and the longer runs sound dounting.
Anyways onwards and upwards.
Well done on getting started. I thought I’d die during w1r1! You can do this but take it slow. A huge breakthrough for me was learning to run following the Japanese slow jogging movement style - there’s a short film on youtube. It’s low impact but still running with all the benefits. You can always work on your pace later, the key to this is your learning to run for 30 minutes. It took me 2 months post graduation (running in this slow style) building one run to 45 mins before I actually ran 5k. So embrace the snail and you can do this. It is amazing what you can achieve - and slow counts!!
Hope it went well! I'm guessing you're not alone for getting out if breath when starting week 1!
Nice and slow - your run can be slower than your brisk walk! Plenty of fluids on run days and rest days. And if you struggle with your breathing just slow down some more! I still run really slowly and love it!
Good luck, follow the program and believe in it and yourself. We've all been where you are and it does work x
