How did I get through that? I wanted to scream at my iPod "noooo I'm not running for another 3 minutes" but i struggled through it but felt no sense of achievement like I have on the other runs, just exhausted and I don't know why! Feeling like that I'm slightly dreading g the start of week 4

You're brave... I couldn't run in the middle of the day, too hot for me. It either has to be first thing (before everyone's awake ) or after work, so everyone has to wait for their dinner
The gym is air conditioned so it's not an issue when I run
GREAT JOB! I am getting ready for run 3 of week 3 tomorrow. I just keep telling myself, slow and steady...I'm dreading week 4 also!
Did you have your rest day? Maybe you set off faster than previously? Maybe you just had one of 'those' runs. Don't worry, we all have them, but the good runs outweigh the not so good ones.
If you are feeling tired maybe it would do you good to have an extra rest day before starting week 4?
Either way, you are doing brilliantly - you have just ran for 3 times longer than your 1st run, and I bet you didn't think you would manage that one at the time...
