Yes, yes, yes! Felt really stressed at work today and all I wanted to do was get on my couch with a box of chocolates, glasses of wine (yes, many glasses) and a TV box set! Didn't think I could be bothered to run and complete wk3 however I looked at my trainers as I walked through the door and knew I'll be pounding the streets shortly. And yes, I've completed Wk 3!!! I'm so happy with myself and my determination, I honestly didn't think I would have the stamina, patience and bloody grit to do this and I know 100% its because of C25K....thank you, thank you, thank you.... now I'm off to shower! Happy running everyone, bring on W4🏃‍♀️

Well done, I did w3 r3 on Wednesday. I tried C25K two years ago and fell out at w2 with shin splints., so I am sharing your satisfaction with clearing w3, tonight w4 begins

W4 R1 done, feels more like proper running now as it is more running than walking. Raised more of a sweat and got the lungs working harder.

Well done.. I did the same run this morning. Actually think the longer run is better, got into a stride.

Tomorrow or Monday..my left calf is a little sore so rest today and see. It's so easy to think of excuses and glasses of wine or a G and T are much more appealing. My son runs in the junior parkrun and I am determined I will do a parkrun too .
