Sooooo pleased with myself, I'm a third of the way through !!!!!
I know that the runs get a lot tougher next week, but I'm still looking forward to it.
If someone had told me 3 weeks ago that I would b looking forward to going out running I wouldnt have believed them, but I seem to be on my way to getting hooked. I think I enjoy the sense of achievement as well as the time out on my own. Running for 30 mins still seems like a long way off, but I'll b so proud if I can do it

Well done you are doing brilliantly, I remember the feeling of amazement that I could do this as the weeks went on, it is such a brilliantly constructed programme, you will succeed!
Each week is challenging but you will gain such a sense of achievement. Welco me to week 4!!!!
I've also finished week 3 today . Going to do W4R1 on Tuesday. Feeling a bit of trepidation about the amount of running involved in week 4, but can't wait to get out there and give it a try!
Congratulations Jemimatoo and dazzle!!!! The runs do get a bit more involved, but just as you have progressed through the first three weeks, you will also improve through the rest of the weeks! You will be amazed at how quickly the program moves along and you will look back and be even more amazed at how you have progressed!! Keep Running!!
Thanks for all the encouragement. Knowing there are people out the who are also doing this and others who have completed it really helps me get my running shoes on and out the door.
Hi - I finished week 3 last week as well and did wk4 run1 on Saturday. Somehow I survived and didn't stop - I'm prouder of myself than I dare admit. Now I'm actually dressed to go out and do run 2 but it's raining too hard. If it stops then I'll be out there! I can't believe that I, who resisted all forms of exercise in school (especially the dreaded cross-country) am now doing this! Good luck everyone - especially all on week 4 - with this week's runs!!
