Well I'm finally at the end of my couch to 5k journey and I finished with a huge smile I started the journey with my friend virtually if you would and today for the final run we met half way and actually ran together 😁 it felt amazing and I'm so proud of us both 😁😁😁

I'm so excited to see the graduate next to my name that is my eyes is one of my greatest achievements 😁👍😁
