I did it!! 25 mins and I even had enough left in the tank to power through that last minute and speed up. Michael tells me I'm a runner now, I can't say I feel like one yet but I'm certainly on my way.

Bring on week 7!

No need for speed! Keep it down! No need for heroics at week 7, or at all. The last thing you need is to get injured so go steady ☝️

Week 7 seemed easier to me than week six. Enjoy yourself πŸ™‚

Well done! I did my W6R3 on Sunday. It's such a great feeling :) Felt so proud when MJ told me I was a runner! Good luck with next 3 weeks.

Well done..Week 7 is great for building your confidence, you know you can run for 25 mins, just take it nice and steady at the start of the run and begin to relax and let it happen. You are a runner now.πŸ˜„x

You are a runner if Mr Smooth says so, he has Olympic bling, so you couldn't possibly argue with his credentials - well done runner....πŸ‘πŸ‘ŸπŸƒπŸΌ
