How do you know to move on? Do you automatically move on because you've done 3 runs and the programme says you should? Or do you keep repeating the runs until you can run the time comfortably?
Tomorrow SHOULD be the start of week 2 for me, but I'm not sure.

Move on. Once you've completed the 3 runs, move on to the next week. In the early stages you most probably won't feel you're run the allocated time 'comfortably', but you WILL manage to run for the allocated time in the next week.
move on. Don't be tempted to stay on the same week until it feels easy. Once you have done the runs, you WILL be able to do the next week. The programme is very well worked out and designed to push you just that little bit more because that's the way to build stamina. Happy running
I found myself wondering this as well at the end of week 1. The answer is simple - move on with the plan! Week 2 is a challenge but you'll be pleasantly surprised with how you'll be able to handle it, and by the end of week 2 you'll be looking back at week 1 and thinking "how did I ever find that difficult?"
Great job starting the plan, and good luck for your future runs
Yep move on. Look at this programme like you would a step ladder and treat it like one. You wouldn't stand on the same step for a long time you would move on up to get to the top wouldn;t you? Good luck, you can do this just as many before you have.
Echo everyone else's comments, if you have finished all three runs then move on to the next week, if you have a difficult run and don't manage a run then maybe repeat it, but no need to hang around. Enjoy, you will surprise yourself every week, sometimes every run. you'llprobably will think at times, I'm not like them in the later weeks, you are, we all had the same doubts, believe in Yourself and Laura, it is a great program. Enjoy
