Today's run was hard. First 8 minutes, I struggled after 6 minutes but managed๐ I thought 5 minutes to recover would suffice but I was still out of breath when the next one started ๐
I did manage another 8 minutes though ๐๐
I know I'm not the first to say this๐ but I'm not to confident about r3๐ณ๐ฑ
Anyway, what will be will be, goodnight lovely peeps, I'm off to bed๐ถ

Love that, those arms are coming with me when I go ๐ Thanks๐ถ
Well done for getting this far! ๐ I too worried about w5r3 .However I have managed it twice both on the treadmill I have to say. I will be running it again tomorrow outside. It is right what other bloggers say here, that at this stage of the game it starts to become more of a mental challenge and as you become in the zone the worry of aches ,pains ,etc seems to take a back seat as you just want complete the routine. Take it nice and slow, listen to Laura, just have fun with it and most of all enjoy it.
Look back on how far you've come and achieved and pat yourself on the back.Your doing brilliant ๐๐
It is a case of mind over matter Couch to 5k has prepared you physically. Believe it or not YOU can do it. I remember this run and its the best feeling ever when you finish
You might try going slower! If you are getting breathless it sounds like you're going too quick. It's not a race so don't worry about being slow. Slow is excellent!
Anyway, so far so good! Well done on getting to this stage. Be confident about the next run! You have come this far so you are good and ready. Oh yes you are!
Eat good stuff, get enough sleep, hydrate well and it's as good as in the bag
Try not to worry about R3 you are ready for it, and it's an amazing feeling when you make it to the end. As always go slow and steady . I never thought I would manage it after R2 it seemed such a huge jump but this plan is amazing and it really was fine. Good luck x
