Just finished the last run in week 9 feels great. managed to finish with a flourish, upped the pace and ran for an extra 2 min. to complete my lap of Chasewater. I have decided to carry on with this run until I can get my lap time below 30 min. Also going to join local running club. Thank you Couch to 5 K I couldn't have done it without you
