Can't believe it I can run for 30min at a time, with out collapsing. Couldn't even do a 440 lap at school and haven't run since. Thank you to everyone who has messaged me with support and advice, I started running with a metronome running at 160bpm and that help me to bring my cadence down from 180 to 162 and that made all the difference.
I'm now going to increase each week 10% till I can comfortable cover the 5k and then slowly up the pace. My target is to get under the 30m for the 5k, Got to have a dream ain't you.
Not a bad spot to run though?

Huge congratulations. That’s a massive milestone. You must be buzzing. I hope you have a wonderful celebration planned.
It’s recommended to consolidate before you start increasing the distance. Three weeks of 30 minutes are usually good before you start increasing distance or pace. That’s what I’m doing at the moment.
Looking forward to seeing what’s next for you. Good to have some clear targets to aim for.
