I think I'm still in shock after running for 20 minutes. 20 minutes! Laura was right, there was no way I would have been able to do today's run a couple of weeks ago. So far, I've referred to Wk5R3 as D-Day, and I'm so glad I've finished it.
I've also got to mention the Olympics as well. That 5K final was incredible!

I did it on Thursday and felt elated. You couldnt wipe the grin off my face when she said that there was 2 minutes to go because then I knew that I was going to do it. Cant believe that I found the previous 8 minute runs challenging and then managed 20 minutes!
I found the last 2 minutes to be the hardest, because I just felt ready to slow down! As soon as she said stop though I knew I could have probably run further if I had to. It's a great feeling being able to run a reasonable length of time - I feel like I can now call myself a runner!
It'll be good to keep track on someone else who is at the same stage as me
