I've just run for 20 minutes non-stop and I've got to say, I feel so chuffed! I was a bit nervous beforehand as it's quite a step up from the other runs, but I've done it! Feel like I'm on the 'home straight' now which is great :-)

once you've broken that 20 minute barrier, running 20 minutes gets easier and easier. Insane what this program does for you, isnt it? :) Good job, keep it up! It only gets better :D

Brilliant, way to go you! I do this run on Tuesday having just done w5r2 today. Can't say I'm looking forward to it. Thanks for posting this though, it's the inspiration I need to not be the only person to fail this humongous run this week. Fingers crossed and well done again.
