Completed w8r3!

I am so pleased I will soon be starting week 9. It has not been easy but if I have learnt anything it is to start at a slow pace and not burn yourself out too early. I made the mistake of trying to increase my speed therefore increasing my distance and seemed to get muscle fatigue very early into my last run. Paced myself better today and Week 9 here I come! :)
