Which, frankly, surprised me as I went out for a curry last night and also had a cheeky beer π¬
I definitely did not want to part company with my bed this morning...
But I got out and did it. Felt so sluggish to start with, nearly thought βblow this for a game of soldiersβ around 10 mins in, but kept plodding and even increased my pace for the last few minutes πββοΈ Canβt believe week 9 starts next week!
Been meaning to ask: anyone else get tingling fingers / hands when running? Noticed it quite a bit recently. Doesnβt really bother me, but would be interested to know why π
Happy running to anyone heading out today!

Great, you've now completed wk8. The tingling can be cause by clenched hands . Try to relax your shoulders, all the way down to your hands . Well done you π
