I have managed to complete the W1 runs but decided on run 4 to stay on week 1. I started on an indoor track and have moved outside for the last two. I think the terrain is more difficult outside.

I have definitely found my thigh muscles! Ouch! I keep reading the pain will subside eventually. I hope so!!

Thanks for the encouragement! I have signed up for a 5K and the goal is to jog the whole thing. The race is September 29th. Not going for time but to finish. :)
