I would love to do this, but I don't have twitter. Might just do this even more virtually, and if I can get myself out the house and maybe try the 5k (I'm only on week 6, so barely managing 20 minutes running - about 3km...) I'll post if I manage!

I'll only be on to week 6 but I might just have a go at a 5k...I'll have to put it in my phone lest I forget! Sounds good though :o)
