3.2 miles non stop running. ME! WTF!! I am CHUFFED!! Wooooo hoooooo!
It's seems like ages ago when I first ventured out for that first run up and down my garden because I was too self conscious to go out in the real world! Now I can run anywhere, in any weather and I can't believe it!
I'm going to do a 5K park run in one week so I get an official time. I've signed up for a 10k Race for Life on the 24th June too!! I haven't shared yet because I wanted to wait to make sure I could do the 5 first but now I can I'm just going to go for it. Wooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo!! : ) : ) : )
Thanks to everyone on here for their support and people on my Twitter too.
I'll be back later when I've calmed down!

Congratulations Stace. 3.2 miles in 30 minutes!!! Well done, I have just reached that distance today ages after graduation and definitely not in 30 minutes. That is brilliant. Best of luck with your park run and the 10K. Hope you are going to celebrate
Congratulations on your fab achievement - you've done so well, enjoy the great feeling and have a great weekend in the knowledge that your a graduate!!
Thanks everyone! I'm very pleased. I reached the 30 mins last week but week 9 run 2 was my first 5K. Oh and the 5K in 40 minutes not 30!! I'm not quite that fast yet!! : ) x
Thank you! I'm doing a park run on Saturday so I'm going to run without Laura for the first time today and Wednesday. It could be strange! Have a good run too!
