They have asked me if I would be kind enough to put a link on this site for a survey they are conducting. Fit4life is the new app with your own music. NHS choices is the one with Laura and her own music on a pod cast rather than app. I think they are trying to see if c25k is a useful tool to get fit. Hopefully the research might help to get better advertising.

I am very amused by the stipulation that you must not have any medical condition that could be adversely affected. Funny that they don't say that when you download the podcasts and frankly it is a bit late now with two and a half years of running under my belt) but yes, I do have a medical condition that could be adversely affected by doing C25K

Survey done and I suggested more promotion would be a good thing.
Also done. Ticked "no" to medical conditions but owned up to my labrynthitis in a comment (because I find that running helps).

Completed.
Done, but I was frustrated with some of the answer choices and the question links. Not sure they'll get much usable data as some of the tick boxes seem out of sync but I tried to add as much info as possible to the comment parts.
Done. As best I can. Found that the change of status disconcerting. e.g. Yes/No and the survey changed the input after my commenting.

I tried an app tonight that let me use my own music (that bit was great) but I missed Laura's encouragment so next time guess which one I'm using on Thursday!
