Week 7 delayed unfortunately :-(

Finished week 6 on Sunday and was so excited. Unfortunately my excitement has been short lived as I have come down with my 4th cold of the year so far. So instead of skipping (ha ha) round my local park in the peeing down rain I am tucked up in my bed with the electric blanket on trying to desperately get rid of it. Am hoping that with a little rest and recuperation I will be fit and ready to go on Friday but at the moment its looking less than likely. Onwards and upwards with the big sleeps though
