OK... so I’m really chuffed that I’m actually managing to run for 25 minutes BUT I keep finding that I get so tired about half way through that I have to take a ‘pause’ walk break (30 seconds max). I’m finding the hills unhelpful! Ha ha!
I stop the timer to make sure I do the full 25 minutes but I’m finding this a tricky hurdle to overcome. Has anyone else found this? Do I need to go back a week?

No, you don't need to go back a week but I would advise you not to go forward until you can complete that run without walking, just take the run a bit slower the next time.
No don't go back. You just have to go slower. My first 25 min run I felt exactly the same as you so after advice on here made sure I did the next one even slower. There was one point going up a hill I felt like I was running on the spot! But it works and then you get used to it and then your speed might gradually increase. Hope that helps 🙂
My runs are really slow and on the flat I'm on W8R3 next but I'm still exhausted and breathless and only doing 3-3.5k I will never make 5 k by next week steady and slow that's the way to go!
