After struggling with the past couple of runs I changed my route today and loved it.. nice steady pace and time flew by! Previous runs I had music on but think it made me go to fast so put an audio book on today and it not only slowed me down but I enjoyed the run too! Found myself laughing in parts then realised people will think Iβm bonkers running and laughing on my own ha ha!!
For anyone struggling keep at it as the process works.. I couldnβt run for 60 seconds and now feeling amazing, losing weight and enjoying it!! slow and steady is the key πππΌββοΈ
