I’ve been struggling with this week. Completed w6r3 fine. I went out with a friend for w7r1 and we had a lovely run round local mere.

So starting w7r2 I thought I would be OK. I have got there in the end (on 3rd attempt!) which I am really pleased about 😀 I feel like I’ve got over a mental hurdle as I stopped at half way point in both previous attempts but for run I’ve just done I slowed down a bit and pushed myself to carry on!

Nothing wrong with slowing down and it is the key to success with this I believe.... well done on getting back out and trying again :)

Sometimes it really is a case of slowing down to go further. The important thing is you've got there and you can now push on for the last 2 weeks.

Yes! It’s second time round for me. I want to make sure that I continue running habit this time!

3rd time lucky for you on that run. I struggled a bit with wk7 also but like you I wouldn't give up until I did it. Well done you 😊😊😊

👍👏Excellent! Overcoming the mental block strengthens your resolve to get to the finish line! Keep it slow! You can sort out pace after graduation!
