Ever so chuffed that me and ali (mrs_ship) have just completed wk2 run1. 90 seconds wasn't that bad actually, not sure about the tip of breathing in and out to 4 though. I could breath out to 4 paces but had to breath in quicker. Probably just need practice.
My right thigh sore though, was painfull in the same place last run. Hopefully will get better.
Anyway really proud of us both and we are looking forward to the next one!!!!

Well done, keep gong both of you! I agree with you about the music, but the only good thing is that because they aren't normal sings I can't guess that they are roughly the standard 2.5-3 mins long which means I can't guess how long til I get to walk.......keeps me running lol

Well done. Just to raise your anticipation - wait for the music in week 4. Some of it is a bit odd! Tried the breathing thing but couldn't make it work for me. I tend to breathe on every 2 steps. Might give it another go now this running malarky is getting a bit easier. No idea if that is how to spell malarky - just like the word!!
