Ever so chuffed that me and ali (mrs_ship) have just completed wk2 run1. 90 seconds wasn't that bad actually, not sure about the tip of breathing in and out to 4 though. I could breath out to 4 paces but had to breath in quicker. Probably just need practice.
My right thigh sore though, was painfull in the same place last run. Hopefully will get better.
Anyway really proud of us both and we are looking forward to the next one!!!!
