Just went out for a lunchtime training session. Not a brilliant run, but something is better than nothing. Roll on Wednesday's run :)

Well done for doing it, and you are so right - something is way better than nothing. And it sounds like you are not over thinking what wasn't so good about it, which is a major achievement. Next time, or the time after will be better. Keep running :)

Actually, it was only 20 seconds slower for the same distance as last week., over 5.2 km.

So in the grand scale of things, it was fine, It just felt slow!!

That distance in 25 mins sounds pretty fast to me! Or are you counting in the warm up and warm down as well, so over 5k in 35 mins? Still pretty speedy ;)

I am running in my lunch break, and so the route isnt quite 5 km. It is about 5.3km n(in ~35:13) and so I am extending the running/walking slightly!!
