Just got back from w3 r1 well pleased, i ran for 3 mins!!!! Been years since i could do that. ( ok I say ran but my shambling jog is what I call running) . Didn't really want to get up and go out today but I'm glad i did

Well done you! I find that the runs I don't look forward to are the ones I end up enjoying the most (and viceversa unfortunately!)
Your speed doesn't matter - you are building stamina and speed will come later. Keep up the great work

well done dont worry about speed atm just doing the distance as the speed will come later. Well I am hoping it will as people are talking about me and that snail.
Thx all, slow and steady wins the race or so they say. After reading the blogs on here I was a bit hesitant in saying I would feel this good after a few weeks as others have..... But it really is amazing the difference a couple of weeks makes, looking forward to Wednesday now for my next run.
