Welcome to week 2!!! Keep running! Gayle
You've already done the harest part. Keep on going!
Welcome to week 2! You could try going slower - it might hurt less!
We do need to push ourselves a bit, but 'no pain, no gain' is over-rated, I think (and there are plenty of stories on here from people who ignored pains and then regretted it, when they had to take time out to heal injuries). It all depends what we interpret as pain, I suppose, but I'm all for making steady, gentle progress.
I might not be fast, but I'm fitter than before I started, and, touch wood, haven't been injured.
Hope week 2 feels a bit more comfortable!
Love it! It does get easier, then harder and easier...doing it is the best. Honest.
THANKS GUYS FOR THE SUPPORT NOT SURE WHO SAID IT BUT WE SHALL CONQUER "THE SORE FEET" HEHE SERIOUSLY THANK YOU
Well done for starting but why are you doing everything in CAPITALS?. It's called VIRTUAL SHOUTING and isn't very nice.
