WELL WEEK 1 OVER AND I THOUGHT IT WAS GOING TO GET A BIT EASIER BUT I FEEL LIKE I JUST RAN UP MOUNT EVEREST "HAHA" BUT I GOT TO THE END JUST !!! THEY TELL ME "NO PAIN NO GAIN" WELL I HOPE THEY ARE RIGHT

BRING ON WEEK 2 AAAGGGHHHHHHHHHH HEHEHEHE

Welcome to week 2! You could try going slower - it might hurt less! :)

We do need to push ourselves a bit, but 'no pain, no gain' is over-rated, I think (and there are plenty of stories on here from people who ignored pains and then regretted it, when they had to take time out to heal injuries). It all depends what we interpret as pain, I suppose, but I'm all for making steady, gentle progress.

I might not be fast, but I'm fitter than before I started, and, touch wood, haven't been injured.

Hope week 2 feels a bit more comfortable!

Well done for starting but why are you doing everything in CAPITALS?. It's called VIRTUAL SHOUTING and isn't very nice.
