Week 5 Run 3 in the bag! DID IT..........

I ran week 5 run 3 this morning in the wind and rain. Not been looking forward to this one at all but managed 20 minutes non stop without any probs at all. Ran over 2 miles for the first time since I ran cross country at school so feeling really chuffed with myself. Still can't believe I actually did it..... I struggled to run for 1 minute 5 weeks ago. This programme is fantastic. Thank you Laura!
