W2R1 in the bag!

Well two things I never thought I would be doing running or writing a blog post, both of which I seem go enjoy. I have now completed run 1 of week 2 and am really pleased with my progress, no cramps and only a slight bit of stitch, but breathed through it and was able to carry on. Run 2 planned for Thursday. Let's hope that goes as well as today!

With this running and my slimming world diet plan on track I might even get to target with both this year! I can but hope!

  • I will do. It is good to have the support of like minded people on this type of journey. Will report back on Thursday, I will be running come rain or shine!

  • I did W2R1 yesterday, I found it a lot harder than W1, but I think I was too tired when I did it, must aim for doing in early in am.... Good luck Thursday

  • I have to go after work so I know how it feels when I am tired. At least it is not too warm, possibly too cold if anything. I have considered going early in the morning, but doing a days work after does not seem a good idea! So evening runs will probably be the way I go.

  • I was the same but I proved to myself that I could do it. Good luck for your first run of week two. You can do it as well, you have ready proved you have stamina by sticking to to the SW plans!
