Well two things I never thought I would be doing running or writing a blog post, both of which I seem go enjoy. I have now completed run 1 of week 2 and am really pleased with my progress, no cramps and only a slight bit of stitch, but breathed through it and was able to carry on. Run 2 planned for Thursday. Let's hope that goes as well as today!
With this running and my slimming world diet plan on track I might even get to target with both this year! I can but hope!
