So yes, I was running early morning this week. Tuesday was W5R1 and it wasn't easy, but much better than the last run of week 4. And then today another run when half of the town was sleeping 😴 I felt surprisingly well today: 2 x 8 min... Somehow my legs showed up today and even my lings decided to join the party 🥳 so we were all happily trodding along quiet pavement and some of it on grass around local football field. Of course both runs with warm up exercises and warm up during walking both doggies, then leaving the older one at home and off we went. And following nice 20 min stretches before shower and cold shower after 🚿
But I looking at my alarm clock I am sure I did lost my marbles 🤪😱🤣😆
I am going for my regular visit with osteopath and I hope he will help me agay, as my under-knee is hurting with this awful feeling (from time to time) like my knee is going to snap in half and decide to bend the other way 😱😱😱
See you after my next run!

It sounds worse than it feels, but it's still very uncomfortable feeling and painful at times. I had a new treatment today, so will see tomorrow how my knee reacted to it.
