W2R1 in the bag!

After putting it off for a day cos of snow yesterday I finally got out today. Cold n a little bit slippy but managed 1.63 miles with a pace of 18.59, unexpectedly exactly the same as W1R3 lol. I definitely felt like I didn’t need to go as slow on the middle 2 run sections but the last one was definitely harder than usual. Definitely feeling an improvement in my stamina and energy levels on a day to day basis, walking is easier and faster n just more enjoyable now. Looking forward to W2R2 😁

Great job... keep watching that pace, there’s no need to run faster. Enjoy the next one.

Yeah, perhaps the last run wouldn’t have felt harder if I hadn’t gone a bit faster in 2 of the others lol 😂

Almost certainly... but some of this is about learning, and you’re picking up from each lesson... more than half of this is mental, it’s good to learn early.
