Well done! Its good to know your run went well. I'm just finishing week 4 so will be doing W5R3 next week....I get in a bit of a panic when I think about running for 20 minutes none stop. I invested in a decent pair of ASICS running trainers yesterday so hopefully that will help as my old rubbishy trainers were making my feet hurt

Yep I was going to say the same, you have turned the corner, all down hill now, well not really but we would like to think so. Well done, I think a lot of people find this the mental hurdle.
