Well I did it! And in the driving rain! I gave up with the head covering and just went with the flow. Not sure about running in the rain ๐ค especially when itโs diagonal and a bit windy. Not the best! But so pleased I did it ๐๐

Congratulations! It's a wonderful feeling and you are braver than me to go out in this high wind and rain. I was going to go out to embark on W6 but there are so many trees round here I honestly don't feel that safe when they are in full leaf in high winds. ๐ณ
๐ Iโm not sure I would have managed that! I got absolutely drenched although was very pleased with the leggings (very expensive) as they kept my legs dry!
Thanks! I just kept telling myself I was excited to do it and it seemed to work. You will be fine. Keep us posted! Canโt believe I start W6 on Thursday๐
Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5 in the wind and rain, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran ๐๐พ
