W5R3 done!!!!

Well after initially feeling happy about week 5 then seeing run 3 and having a wobble, I am very pleased to say I did it! Thanks to everyone who commented on my previous post about this and reassured me it would all be ok. It was, your were right ! Ok so it felt tough at the beginning but I think that was the negative talk in my head. I was actually looking forward to today after doing the first two runs, how mad is that! Woke up with a bit knee pain but again more in my head than real! Can’t believe I’m over half way now. Park run organised for 12th May so bring it on! 😀

Well done! 🙌🏼 I’m as chuffed for you as I was for me this morning, it’s good to find someone on the same stage as me.

Are you starting week 6 on Monday? Haven’t looked at what’s in store properly yet, think I’ll just bask in this sense of achievement for a while first!x

Ps - just read your last post - I was bloody petrified at the very thought of it this morning....xx

Hi, well done to you too, feels good doesn’t it! I plan on starting week 6 Monday morning but might have to wait until Tuesday due to taking my son to work Monday. Hopefully it will be Monday though as my routine has been Mon/Wed/Fri since I started. W6R1 looks ok. Good luck!

Yay! That Wk5 R3 is amazing isn't it - you suddenly realise how far you've come and it all seems possible from then on. Enjoy the feeling - you deserve it! 😊
