Yes, carry on with Week 2, the seven days is long enough that you've had a nice rest but not so long that it should have set you back at all. As long as your foot is ok, you'll more than likely be raring to go !
Sorry about your foot pain ezmee - I wondered where you were. I hope it's cured for good. I agree with the others, you should go on with week 2. The bonus is that you know you can do it because you've done it before. Good luck.
Thanks _ Im still here!! Wont get rid of me that easily hehe ;)....Im just annoyed cos I wont have run for 7 days and I was getting into it but then the foot pain kicked in so had no choice but to rest....not giving up though!
