Repeat week 1 or just carry on? Really dont know...........

Hi I have completed week 1, but did week 2 run 1 on Tuesday. Havent run since due to bad foot pain. This is now sorted thanks to orthotic insoles.

I cant run again until Tuesday - so thats 7 days and no running.

So do I do week 2 run 2 or week 1 again? I feel as if I could do week 2 run 2......just unsure ..

Just try it, see how you go...you might be absolutely fine and if not, you can always go back....

thats true - just wasnt sure as wont have run for a week...Thank you! :D

Yes, carry on with Week 2, the seven days is long enough that you've had a nice rest but not so long that it should have set you back at all. As long as your foot is ok, you'll more than likely be raring to go ! :-)

Tantrumbean is spot on! You may find it a lot easier with the orthotics insoles.

Sorry about your foot pain ezmee - I wondered where you were. I hope it's cured for good. I agree with the others, you should go on with week 2. The bonus is that you know you can do it because you've done it before. Good luck.

Thanks _ Im still here!! Wont get rid of me that easily hehe ;)....Im just annoyed cos I wont have run for 7 days and I was getting into it but then the foot pain kicked in so had no choice but to rest....not giving up though!
