Just completed my first week and feel so much better. My asthma has improved. My overall level of breathing feels more stable. I didn't always finish the running phases so think I should repeat Week 1 until I can run for the whole minute. Know I sound whimpish but I want to get this right and enjoy the experience as well. Even after just three runs I feel so much better. A bit stiff in the thighs but not going badly for an old duck of 65 who hasn't run in a very long time! Thanks to everyone for their support.

Well done you, yes you should repeat and don't move on from a run until you have fully completed it 😊
Amazing well done! I’m just about to start the program so its massively inspiring to hear that it’s made a difference already! Hope you’re super proud of yourself 😊

Well done.
It is not wimpish to repeat.
This is a training plan, not a tick box exercise.

Well done and repeating sounds very sensible and in no way whimpish!!! You’re ready to move on when you’re ready- end of. Good luck!!
