Im normally one of those women with the window open and too warm, but apart from last week (when it was warm) my hands get really cold when jogging. Its not like Im jogging with them hanging downwards, I move them, even started shaking them about, in case I didnt look silly enough already. I know I was considering what gloves to get when I started 5 weeks ago!

Cold hands..
I noticed my hands felt cold yesterday for the first time at the start of my run, this feeling did go away but interesting to read i was not alone.
My hands have been really warm so far but I have just finished week 3 run 3. If you are running longer distances your hands may be feeling cold as your body is working hard to keep the rest of you going so isn't worried about pumping blood to your extremities (ie hands and feet) and keeping them warm. Maybe a pair of gloves would help?
I get cold hands at the start of a run on a cold day but they quickly warm up. I've not done a long run on a cold day yet.
I paid £3.99 for a pair of karrimor running gloves. I put them on to start with and take them off when im toastie warm, I find if I'm cold I can't focus on the run and that's no good to me. If I pair them up I can easily carry them.
Sports direct is always a good place to start for anything running related. I bought everything I needed from there. The gloves also came from sports direct.
I'm now also shopping around for other stuff and I expect I'll be needing winter warmers at some point too!
I have summer and winter gloves from sports direct! In fact when I first started running and it got to -6 around week 3 I was wearing both pairs.
I think cold hands is probably a physiological thing to do with keeping oxygenated blood around the vital organs. I had the same problem but it wore off as I hit week 8 and now I don't really suffer from cold hands, I guess it something that comes with increased fitness.
