hecking yes w1r1 done n dusted

so after getting the flu and recovering restarted the program today n it went amazingly well really enjoyed it n was warm enough to get a sweat on too lol dont fret im not puffed out wouldve been able to talk while jogging lol so speed is algud looking fwd to r2 now :) took like 3 attempts over past couple weeks to get to this point so happy days

Great update! I used to have a little treat at the end of each week completed. That helped me appreciate the progress I was making. You should take some time to think about the successes you’ve already had…and you have many more to come!

Ah mate! Love the post, it's really struck a chord with me. It can be so blooming hard to get to a point where you can even start, and look how determined you are to do it in spite of flu and life and all that. Have a look at the stretches for runners (I think there's a pinned post with a link). I'm doing them, I'm also getting over a flu thing, and they really help with the aches and pains and building strength for running.

I am also totally stealing "hecking yes"! 😄
