Its sad that you don't have a gang of crazy people to run with like I do.

I had such fun tonight, I laughed so much that my running got slower than its been for weeks. I haven't enjoyed a run like that in more than 3 weeks with injury and heat etc. I did come home and then go run to the shop and back because I still had so much energy to burn, I really must have taken it easy! haha

Next step is to rest up and run this weeks parkrun. Im hoping for a new pb
