Here we go for round 2! My legs are still very sore. Trusting the plan.

make sure you're wearing good running shoes and try running on softer ground- we had rain here yesterday so if you did, try running on grass. You don't say whether it's muscle pain in your legs or impact but hope it feels better soon. Well don on making a start on the programme

Make sure you do some stretches when you finish running. My daughter showed me what to do and I have not had any muscle strain since. Just google post run stretches.

Thank you for your suggestions. They are much appreciated. I took an Epsom salt bath which seemed to help a lot.
