Well I have just come back from my run, and boy its really quite early on a Saturday morning. I felt like I was the only person around, what a chilled run. Started off today slow on my warm up today, don't know if this was due to getting out of bed early. Anyway my shaky start didn't upset my stride, after 28 mins I kind of did the same distance, like on my previous run. Well fresh start for me on Monday, last week bring it on.

I agree its great to get out early in the morning when the roads are quiet and all you really hear are the birds singing, that is until I forget myself and try singing too, poor birds take flight never to be seen again.
Well done on getting this far, week 9 will be a breeze for you, enjoy it.
Yep I agree, early mornings are a great time to run.
For me there is a real wonder in being the first person to run along a rural footpath on any day - breaking through cobwebs, feeling the dew on my legs, the promise of the day ahead - it can be truly inspirational.
