W6R2 Peaceful Run

Morning all another beautiful morning here in west Wales lovely sunrise and a lovely start to my hectic day.

W6W2 completed nice runs usual creeky start till everything falls into place although it’s not lasting so long now which is great.

A little bit of tension in my calves but that soon went and as usual felt that l could have run on.

MJ has warned me that my runs are going to get longer now so lm presuming that’s interval training over for a bit anyway !!😃

Definitely feel my lung capacity is increasing and recovery is much shorter now and lm able to sing along to my top tunes haha good job lm running early and no one can hear😱😂

Continue to enjoy my journey of self discovery and am surprising myself daily at how much I’ve achieved in such a short time. Starting to make plans now for post graduation goals and training.

Early morning runs are the best time to run in my opinion, well done for getting to week 6

Well done & continuous runs waiting for but you are ready to smash them😊or as in my case take them slow & steady... we all get there at our own pace .. but we still get there. Enjoy your runs & a happy Running future 😊

Many thanks Im loving the whole journey that this taking me on and the benefits lm reaping. Don’t want it to end 😀👍🏃‍♀️ we are probably the most west of each that any one can be isn’t technology wonderful!! 😃
