Oh so hard after a week off!

and far too hot for me even in the morning lol! After a week off looking after small people I thought it was time to get going again..a day early for me really but I felt the need. I have definately felt stiffer and less energetic from NOT running..who'd of thought! Happy rest of Easter fellow running peeps...back on it good and proper on Wednesday with hopefully a longer run than 5k and getting up way earlier than today! :)

Thanks! Its supposed to be cooling down..although my favorite run is when its frosty..not much chance of that for a while! :)

Yes this weather's very nice for sitting in the garden but not so good for running CCM! Well done and enjoy your run on Wednesday 😀

Thanks! I would like to say I spent my time sitting in the garden JP ..but was off to many places with small peeps and seemed to be making food all the time lol! :)
