Made it! Week 4 run 1 - didn't know I could run for 5 minutes, slow but still a jog. I'm past retirement age, so if I can do it, so can most people I guess! Here's a picture of the gorgeous grounds where I have been running.

O, wow....gorgeous running! I too am at retirement age (my name tag is a hint) and returning to running after a very long absence. Finding it tough, but rewarding...I have W4R1 tomorrow, but not near the beautiful surroundings as yourself. Enjoy and good running!
